On August 13, Tom Shier passed his PPL flight test, fulfilling a life long dream of being licensed to control the aircraft in the skies. Tom is no stranger to aviation as he has been an AME for 41 years, and at age 61, he says “You’re never to old to learn”. He has definitely proved that right!!
